Punctuality is a big challenge for many of us. Being late creates stress, a bad image towards others and a lack of productivity. A good planning of our tasks and a desire to improve can make us change this bad habit and improve our punctuality in a definitive way.
1. Be aware of the change
Despite the fact that the majority of the unpunctual admit it, not all of them understand that it is a problem that affects them and their environment. Be aware that it is a necessary change, as the first few days can become a stressful challenge. 2. Observe yourself and know yourself

Be realistic, even if you want to do many things, select what you are really going to be able to accomplish.
5. Prioritize what’s important

6. Use alarms and warnings.
Synchronize an alarm five or ten minutes before your planning task ends. Make sure to move on to the next one at the agreed time. Little by little you will be more productive and you will waste less time in achieving the More Help objectives.
Many people who are late for their plans do not realize that they are creating a bad impression on others. Being late can be seen as a lack of interest and even respect.
