5 techniques to improve memory
1. Learn something new every day

4. Play and improve your memory

- Association of images: The photographic memory of the human being is sufficiently developed that associating blocks of information with images is a good idea. When we want to remember that block of information, remembering the image will help our brain to retrieve the rest of the associated information.

- Use of color systems: This point is closely related to the image association, many people (especially students) use it. It consists of underlining groups of words and concepts with different colors depending on their meaning or importance within a larger group of information. - Superficial reading: If you have to internalize a text or a book, you will help your brain a lot if you do a quick and superficial first reading.
